Must say it seemed very odd to replace a guy who got a hat trick 2 weeks back with someone who had played one game in the last 15. When Burnsy tentatively suggested to Grant McCann that Magennis looked a bit ring rusty, the reply was ' well he hasn't played for 8 weeks'. Which was exactly the point!

I'm certain he knows his ideal back 4/5.... but I dont think he's really got a proper idea other than Bowen and Grosicki what his best other 5 are and where to get the best out of them. If we won 5 on the bounce and everyone was fit he's the type to change it.

It was a scrappy game overall but we probably had best 2 chances, Bowen’s and Kane in second half, good block by derby player but he should have buried it really . That’s the fine margins , if one of them goes in we come away fairly happy that we dug a point out . We just do lack a bit of quality and clinical edge in certain positions- both Lichaj and particularly Elder got in promising positions a few times with men in the box and the delivery was weak , Kane put a fantastic corner in first half which we nearly scored from , then his next 3 were **** . i agree that we do look a mid table side- with the gap now we need to win 4 or 5 on the bounce and I don’t think we quite have it in us to be honest . Just have to win the cup instead .

We've tried that before and it didn't quite work out.

Derby about to be docked 21 points so City feel sorry for them and promptly give them 3...I think this should go into the Peterborough/Palace/Huddersfield/Barnsley category.

The story became corrupted when a slightly deaf old lady living in Swansea passed it along the chain.
Apocryphal ? May have been Cardiff Bay ? Jonah played rugby at Cardiff Arms Park !
Sometime in 2005 the headlines read "Jonah now living and playing in Wales."
Just goes to show us how wrong we can be.
