I didn't think our performance was poor at all. Also, we didn't play 3 centre backs. I agree that Cameron and Amos were poor on the ball, but Cameron did break up the play quite well. Masterson was very good and looks our best centre back to me. Kane, although a little poor on the ball had his best game so far and Wallace is at least a proper full back. I thought we played out well a lot of the time with Kelly looking far more assured than Lumley. BOS was very good, but I'd give Chair a rest now and get Eze back into the 10 role where he belongs. Overall I thought we played well at times and I love the team spirit. Kane is only on loan, yet he celebrated like we'd scored a goal when Kelly saved the penalty.
Agree with that, especially that about Chair and Eze. Kane is ours, signed a 4 year deal last summer.
Kane was a Chelsea player that kept being sent out on loan ( don't they all!) I believe Chelsea offered him a new contract, but he turned them down to sign for us. Got to like him for that alone
Well! 1. We win. 2. On Sky. 3. A clean sheet. 4. Second features game on EFL show ( no doubt scheduled so they could drool over Leeds mighty win). 5. Penalty saved. 6. Chelsea lose. 7. Brentford draw. 8. No new injuries. That's a pretty good weekend for QPR fans!
I got a ticket for yesterday's game for a Leeds fan who drinks in my local. That's the third Leeds game I've brought him along to and we've won them all. I think I'll see if he wants to get a season ticket.
Strange coincidence - same arrangement with a Leeds supporting friend myself. And he bought lunch yesterday
Leeds urgently need a striker - Bamford is woeful. Probably a L1 striker at best And they need to maintain discipline. That could prove to be a costly red card yesterday with a 3 game ban. A bit of history certainly developing between Cameron and Philips
