Washing is a doddle throw it in the washing machine, put one of those tablets in, not be be mixed up with an ipad, turn it onto the setting you know won't **** up your clothes... Ironing I try and get her to do, tiresome crap, I'm thinking of moving into an industry where I have no sodding meetings and ironed clothes are not expected

Was going to mention that you shouldn't wash jeans often but then it's been said already, many times. I can wash stuff, I don't have a problem with that. Its ironing I just can't do. And I mean can't, not won't. It's up there with wrapping Christmas presents.
My whinge was more to the amount of washing produced by one person. The only other thing I wash after wearing once would be a t shirt that was worn under a jumper .
Why dont you just put hers in a pile and leave it for her to do? Had same prob with my bird when she moved in that sorted it.
