Knowing several months out that you're going to win the league does soften the blow. Knowing that it's a one off also helps.
Last time I went to Ibiza - admittedly a long time ago - it was still full of freaks and stoners who went there in the 70’s and 80’s, and never left.
I doubt it’ll be a one-off. That’s quite a young team Klopp’s built tbf. Doesn’t matter how much their rivals spend, they’re going to take some pegging back, especially if they ever get a genuine playmaker in midfield (imagine Liverpool with Kevin De Bruyne)
City need a CB who is world class and they have a better squad than Liverpool. Last season and more so the season before we’d have all said City were untouchable just too good to lay a glove on. Things change quickly.
Don’t really know who has the better squad. Liverpool have the better team though, right now anyway. They have all the momentum, and they also have the best CB in the wuuurrrld lar. Suck it up.
