Koeman’s first season with us was 2014-15, and we ended up finishing 7th. It was the one after that you won it and we finished 6th.
I think that yesterday will be a wake up call for you, just as the 9-0 was a wake up call for us. You are probably a better team now under Rodgers than you were under Ranieri, but you need to learn to cope with teams like us who play the high press. We probably did you a favour yesterday, and you never know, we might do you another one on Feb 1st when we go to Anfield!

Nah the one before - we were one of the teams you beat on your great escape run in!

You were impressive how you pressed high up so much and playing 2 strikers shows intent. Definitely not a side to sit back.
Re your last line, when Liverpool win their game in hand there’s the same points gap between them and us and us and you! Liverpool are of no interest to us unless they’re beating sides challenging top 4/6 for us. In fact by Feb 1st the gap between us and you could be significantly less than us and them so tbh I’ll be more likely hoping Liverpool win that one sorry :bandit:

Well it’s an outrage. Ings should be dropped from the team immediately. Doesn’t he realise that these things have consequences? Doesn’t he he realise how close a call it could be between me and Colin from Accounts come the end of the season?
1 point lost on my fantasy team because of the booking when he took his shirt off after scoring. Muppet.
Still time in January- get rid.

All the best to you and your club for the rest of the season John. You, and a lot of Leicester fans have been very honest and complimentary about the match yesterday so many thanks for that. It's brilliant to see Leicester fighting to break up the usual suspects at the top of the league. As you say, it would be refreshing if teams like Saints, Leicester and Wolves can really challenge the accepted order of things and bring about a real change so money is just another factor and not the dominant one.

Maybe the lessons of what a settled side is capable of winning won't be lost on our management and any thoughts of selling players can wait a few years until we have our academy back up to full speed. By that time we might be one of the bigger clubs, and be more able to resist the raids on our squad, and only sell players we know we can easily replace from our academy.

You will be fine this season, and it could well turn out to be a blinder for you. Most teams have blips and you have enough character to shrug it off and continue winning.

They didn't really smash us. They outplayed us first half, we got one back second half and had plenty of chances to equalise then they nicked a third goal right at the end.

I seem to remember them having 6 attempts and scoring 3, while we had 20-odd, and more possession. It was well executed away performance, hardly a smashing. Aided by some dodgy goalkeeping, too.

I do given the stupidity of their fans. Calling us scummers indeed. Jumped up little blighters. I also dislike their skate manager.

..and living in Bournemouth ups the ante.

Remember Bompey, form is temporary, class is permanent.

Ha. Spare a thought for Perez though, that was his last opportunity to score a goal this season.

Garth Crooks being a twat again. Includes Ings in his team of the week and then says he's not being clinical enough for a move to a big club. **** off Garth.
