    Catterick 1.35 Ask Paddy

    - on a really good mark off 89 (completed a hattrick over hurdles off 94 in 2017)
    - stable in good form
    - a winner at this track over hurdles on good ground and a 2nd at Catterick over fences on soft so going should pose no problem
    - was fancied on last start

Enough points to have hope for a good run by Ask Paddy.

On that one myself LordG so good luck. Also can't resist a little punt later on in the Catterick card - The North Yorkshire Grand National - is there a similar event for the south of the County? Kingswell Theatre @ 7/1. Was hopeless on New Year's Day at Cheltenham but this is a lower grade and over further. KT likes to go off the front and should be able to this tomorrow of a much slower pace than lto. Jack Tudor very good value for his 7lb claim too. Good luck all.

I like Milansbar in the North Yorkshire Grand National. Comeback run last time after a break wasn't disappointing when leading for a long time and probably needed this outing. Was supported in the market that day so must have shown something at home.Well handicapped and stable amongst the winners recently.

    Newcastle 1.20 With Approval

CD winner, on a good mark , stable not lightly to dismiss in these kind of races. Stablemate was mentioned here on the forum before finishing 2nd at Wolverhampton on Monday. Hopefully this one can go one better.

In the upcoming race at Catterick Painted Cliffs catches my eyes. Group 2 winner on the flat, run not without promise over hurdles so far. Catterick should suit this prominent racer and Heskin up a plus.

Grendels Queen Mary horse Chasing Dreams tailed off at odds on in a weak looking conditions race in Meydan, safe to say she wouldnt have been up to G2 level at Ascot.
