    So this is our favourite 11, some people wont be happy (Rob Lee fans namely) but anyway:

    Where do you lot think that team would finish in this current generation of players?

    Near the top though we might be a bit vulnerable in the midfield against top teams.

    That team would be battling it out for a European place (i.e. CL or Europa).

    If Rob Lee had been included it would win the title... every year... till the end of time.

    You believe that Emre deserved a place in front of Solano, Beardsley, Ginola, Lee, Robert or even Speed (who didn't make the team either)?

    I missed the centre half vote but I honestly can't believe that despite his shortish tenure, Johnathan Woodgate didn't make even the bench! Easily the best defender I've ever seen at the club.

    Also, how clear is it that we've never had a standout right back? Plus Olly Bernard was robbed, Champions League covering Roberts arse versus Jose getting covered by Jonas in the Championship...

    But you just said that even you wouldn't vote him in infront of those that made it to the team. So if he wasn't even a choice it looks like it didn't really matter anyway.

    Not even prime really, Prem Beardsley is latter days, but if he could do for Shearer what he did for Andy Cole at that age they'd be unstoppable.

    Pavel is officially going to get my vote for every single poll he is in from now on. I don't care if it is a poll of 'Best Haircut' or 'Least Czech Newcastle Goalkeeper', I'm still voting for him! <wah>
