that really cheesed me off. What more can the club do than £10 and £3 a ticket? Was expecting 10,000 at least
Years of poor performances in the 3rd round I presume. I reckon if we continue the good form and get a home draw in the 4th round the crowd will be much better.
As one of the guilty season ticket holders who did not go today, have to agree with Col. In fairness, if Swans hadn't brought their second / third team, it might have been the usual outcome. Will probably be at the next.
What d'you mean? They played the mighty f...ing Jake Bidwell. Odd that he should do more for us in that one game than he ever did in 3 seasons as a regular first teamer. Obviously hasn't been to many pantomimes as the Swans in the stadium must have been screaming 'HE'S BEHIND YOU' as he tried to dribble with the ball across his own penalty box.
It was very funny to watch. His reaction was that complete gut wrenching 'I have so badly screwed up'. Wonder if there was a bit of arrogance? 'I'll show this kid how we do it'!!
Wasn't the problem just that he was in the middle of the pitch and the ball was going near his right foot?
Best he's ever played for us, I'd say. Now what do we have to do to get 10k + v Sheff Wed, aside from them bringing 3000?
There will be a reasonable crowd for the fourth round I’m sure assuming the prices are the same. We’ve only got one home game between now and then but played at home three times across Xmas-New Year when people are skint.
