Great result. Thought Charlie had a very good game, unselfishly leading the line, he never stopped running and put in a hell of a shift. The lads were not as dynamic as the first half, but closed out the game well. Wycombe up next, so if the lads can play to the same standard as the first half today, we shouldn't have any trouble beating them.
https://rokerreport.sbnation.com/20...how-the-lads-rated-after-first-half-thrashing Goooooooooooch motm
they're probably a bit knackered to be fair after gunning for it & 3 games on the bounce. Happy with that result. A bit rest and tear into Wycombe for another 3 points next weekend
Sure I mentioned Gooch being a game changer a while back and didn’t get very many positive come backs haha
Can't believe we're only 3 points behind Ipswich and 6 from 2nd after the run we had. Let's hope that's behind us and any kind of decent form should see us up there.
Looked like Lincoln fouled before they scored (brought the most away supporters so far) , Wyke again penalised too much exellent first half should have been 4-0 up !. Sloppy 2nd half but i would take 3-1 any day. their number 29 is what we need by the way he gave us trouble. 8 points to Peterborough's to 0 since boxing day.
Embleton will be like a new signing. Any news on when hes due back? Must be so frustrating for the lad. This was meant to be his breakthrough season.
Great 1st half today. Game over. Took it easy 2nd half. As I would expect. Conserve energy and no injuries. Dare I say it Parky in. Great support from Lincoln.
hope they give Grigg a run out to see if he still has it before selling or loaning him out Blackpool looking for a loan
As Gil says the second half was a good display with no injuries, no red cards and no waste of energy. Parkinson seems to have found a way to de-lard some of the players and create a team spirit. Whatever the pros & cons of Ross he was quite lard friendly which is unacceptable by any standards ... ... we've had more than enough of players treating the club as a holiday camp.
