I hoping Robbie Power has a good day at Sandown today. I’ve backed his 4 rides in doubles and trebles. Also in the 1.20, Mercy Mercy Me. (Aptly named). Have a good weekend fellas
I love these veteran races too and expect Wild West Wind to back latest good performance up today with headgear and tongue strap on. Stable does well with handicap chasers at Sandown.
Always great to watch indeed!I see old Pricewise and Paul Keatley tipped up Jepeck in today's racing post. With the almost pornlike named jockey Rex Dingle in the saddle whats there not to like about this lads chances!4/1 win
Who’s on Silver Forever ? surely must win this to progress to cheltenham.... Elsewhere , just a footie bet for me ! Peterborough to upset a burnley second string ,The Posh are going well , scoring plenty and at 9/2 are value to cause an upset , facup is not dyche priority atm !!!
will he have enough left for the finish ? Do you remember a french horse called Spunk winning at sandown , came with a late run on the outside !!
With Dark Flame being second to Doing Fine at Sandown in the void race and doing fine going in next time up it's Dark Flame for me.
Good morning everybody I love the veteran chases too, and I'm going with Dark Flame. I'm not saying he is unexposed, but only ever had 7 chases, and looks to be in good form, having won the "void" race at Sandown last month. Also at Sanders, I like Locker Room Talk, Fiddlerontheroof and Gunnery, whilst at Wincanton Rootless Tree and As De Mee catch the eye, the latter named my bet of the day. Good luck all
Just the one bet today for me..sadly missed the 6s last night so might hold off a bit to see if Dark Flame drifts a little to 6/1. Had a couple of goes around Sandown, handles the course well and has run creditable in both starts. He was runner up to Houblen des Obeaux on his first start and then runner up in the void race where that grand old horse passed away. Would be a fitting tribute if he got up to win and with Doing Fine winning the other day I m expecting a massive run. Good luck all.
I can't see anything to stop Son Of Camas winning the Tolworth Hurdle. Remember this is the horse Lieutenant Henderson sent to the big Land Rover bumper at the Punchestown Festival on debut (finished last and clinically unsound). Since then he has won a Newbury bumper (looking like a weak affair) and a maiden hurdle at the same course (2nd hacked up on New Year's Day). This is a step up in class but he could be a very good novice indeed. Best of luck to everyone having a dabble today
Going to take a chance on Calva D'Auge, small ew @ 20/1 for the Tolworth only 2 places though! French import for Nicholls, not sure it's up to this level but distance, ground not a worry.
Hi fellas! Newcastle,12 25: i Think, pads has as good a Chance as any Here.he Won his last start easily, and though this is a slightly better Race Today,a 7 libre hike might Not be enough to prevent a follow-up
Sandown,12 45; indefatigable is a tough, little Mare, and especially her last run at cheltenham was Very Good,So she has obvious Claims Here.
Very much a slumpy day so far for me.but i Hope, that is about to Change Now.dashing Perk Won well enough Here a few weeks ago, over the same Distance,to Think,he can go in again
Sandown 2.20 Silver Hallmark Impressed when winning a maiden hurdle last time.Looks to have the potential for this class. Could be an exciting Cheltenham prospect for Ferghal O'Brien
