Good Morning. It's Friday 3rd January, and here are the latest headlines from Elland Road.

Bielsa to make multiple changes to starting line up against the Gunners on Monday

With Pablo Hernandez the only first team player still on the Thorp Arch treatment table, Marcelo Bielsa has a host of changes at his disposal.

Tyler Roberts, Adam Forshaw and Jamie Shackleton have all been training for the last fortnight, and although maybe too soon for Forshaw, who has been sidelined for most of the season, there is no reason why both Roberts and Shackleton won't start the game.

It is also expected that Berardi and Douglas will also play a significant part of proceedings as will fringe players such as Dallas and Alioski.

Who would you like to see play on Monday? Are there any youngsters you would throw into the mix, or is it too early?

Brighton defensive crisis worries Leeds fans

With Brighton defender Dan Burn undergoing surgery for a broken collar bone he sustained at the weekend against Chelsea, its not surprising that many Leeds fans have been asking their question whether it was possible for the Seagulls to recall Ben White.

The simple answer is no. White's recall clause was only dependant on the amount of appearance he made.

The 22yo has made 28 appearances so far this season, and although his form dropped over Christmas, he remains one of the three best players at Elland Road.

Bielsa half time team talk revealed

Jack Harrison has revealed the details of Bielsa's team talk at half time against the Baggies on New Years day

"I think just continuing to press high, make it difficult for them to play [was what he wanted],"

"Once we know the type of team that they are, they're good at playing out and keeping possession, we can make that difficult for them. It's going to make it easier for us ultimately.

"So the message was to just continue doing that, continue pressing high, continue playing our football, and we know if we do that, we're going to get goals and that's what Patrick did in the second half."

Whelan - We are going to get undone

Noel Whelan has expressed his concerns about Leeds inability to defend dead-ball situations, and how it could cost them, come May!

“We’re going to have this conversation all the way through to the end of the season when it comes to set-pieces, corners, free-kicks and sometimes balls into the box,”

“When you come up against players who are big and strong and thrive off balls into the box from corners and set-pieces, we are going to get undone, we can’t defend them very well, we don’t have the height or aggression to deal with that.

“It is a problem, it is always going to be a problem until the end of the season. That is one of my biggest fears, when we give away corners and long throws, if someone’s got the ability to put it into the box, very rarely will [Leeds] get the first contact.

“That’s something we really need to think about or get better at in the second part of the season. It’s not just been this season, it’s been about three seasons now. It is a massive concern.”

It's fair to say that the easiest way to score against Leeds is via a set piece. Does Radrizzani need to put his hand in his pockets to counter this?

If he doesn't, how much of a risk could it be to Leeds promotion aspirations?

    Morning all...

    Is Dallas a fringe player?

If we are after Woodrow get him in now nice and early and throw him in against Arsenal and see what he can do. Don’t risk Bamford, Cooper or White apart from that I don’t mind too much

Looking forward to having Forshaw back. He was outstanding at the beginning of the season.

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Seems like the papers have no stories so are looking for any old crap. If the Woodrow thing is true it will be as a No10 come striker as he is effective at both. I say this because Leeds have officially spoken to Southampton about Che Adams and it seems Adams is up for it. This would be a loan deal but depends on the club. Bowen is liked but Leeds are not going to pay £20m and will leave that to a Prem club.

no comment on Whelan again and who knows what team Bielsa will send out against Arsenal. Even on here we have different opinions and yes it would be great to beat Arsenal especially as today is the 10th anniversary of Beckford scoring to beat Man Utd. However this time we have a title race to fight

We have to field our strongest team. Clubs like Arsenal live for the chance to play a top side in the cup, and you can’t disrespect them by fielding a weakened team.

Whelan goes on about lack of height being the main cause of conceding goals from set pieces, and yet the team that's conceded the most from set pieces are Boro, and you can't get much bigger lumps as defenders than they have.

So Noel just leave it to Bielsa to sort out, pretty sure he knows more than you.

Morning all. I’ve made my views clear about what team we field against likely the Arsenal reserves. Villa lost two players in space of 20 minutes of their last game in seemingly harmless enough incidents. Both confirmed out for the season so just shows how lucky squads need to be with injuries. They lost their keeper and No 9. God forbid it happened to us we’d be stretched so some sort of quality cover is a must

Trouble is we don't want to be embarrassed on national television. Derby's reserves tore our equivalents apart recently so I'd hate to think what Arsenal's would do to our youngsters.

I hope we field a strong team, and that includes giving Shackleton and Roberts game time to get them on their way to being match sharp again.
