For an intelligent lad, he doesn’t half come across as thick as **** when he’s got the ball.

Doesn't offer us the terrier tenacity that Honeyman did

The whole side has been poor, it doesn't mean Watmore is ****e and useless now. Just look back to the Tranmere game to see what he can do. It's a rare player that can play a blinder when all their teammates are down and the crowd is on their back. You won't find many in league one that's for sure.

If we start playing well then so will he. No idea when that will happen maybe it'll take the January signings to lift the team.

It dosnt look like we are getting these new signings in early
We realy need them as soon as possible
On my previous point about us been poor
I’m thinking it can’t be players out of form or loss of confidence
It’s downtown to simply not been ooh enough
At the start of the season I thought we had a good enough squad (ALTHOUGH)
Not a quality squad but I expect them to do a lot better than we have
Hopefully these additions we are expecting could push us on

Hmm I always thought it woukd be at least half a season before he a started performing well... but he must be coming close to that now, he still has pace but his crossing and shooting has to improve

I think it's safe to say we're not playing with a lot of confidence and that will affect performances but yeah the main problem for me is the quality of the squad. Other managers seem to think we're streets ahead of most teams but I don't know what they're on about. Doubt we'll be fielding a lot of offers for our players in January.

That leader is certainly not watmore!
Lovely polite lad blah blah blah.
Despite the years he has been with us and now he is 2 leagues lower than when he started he really isnt that good.
Add in the amount of games he is out injured I just dont see the point.
Bet he is on far more than kimpioka, mumba, robson or other younger players.
He has 'dined out' on unfulfilled promise for years now and it is highly unlikely that he is ever likely or able to deliver.

How would you feel if all you did was watch the ball getting pumped over your head time after time?

Play to his strengths and he'll be an asset like any player would like to.

Jesus we can't half make people scapegoats.

One of our standout players in the prem so he's obviously got the talent, it's just a shame about his rotten luck with injuries. They will eventually take their toll on a player. It was criminal what Wycombe got away with last season against us - going in two footed from behind, their scumbag manager ainsowrth deliberately targetted him since he was injury prone. And to think some on here and over the road wanted him as manager after Ross left

Got the brains as well - could very well take on a DOF role in the years to come

He’s a shadow of his former self, looks knackered after 5 minutes, can’t beat a player and his shooting is pitiful.

What about the rest of them?

The whole club is a shadow of it's former self mate.

No point singling out one lad who tries his bollocks off and is a potential asset to the club and team on the pitch.

I feel most of the players we have
There not so match as off form or lost confidence
    There just not good enough
However the players in that league are also not good enough
    Apart from a few
Therefore I hoped we would have enough in the squad to get us up
Dosnt look like that at the moment
Nevertheless with these new so called sighning in January
    Things may look up
