Just on my lunch break and noticed that these sites were mentioned on the Oatie: http://www.redcafe.net/f6/stoke-fans-arseholes-225287/ http://therepublikofmancunia.com/the-life-of-a-sad-little-stoke-fan/ http://www.redcafe.net/f7/kick-stoke-out-football-311371/ http://www.strettyender.com/stoke-fans-bizarre-supporters-league http://www.redcafe.net/f7/stoke-city-338938/ I wonder what their reaction would be, when someone tells them that their manager wouldn't agree with them? As most Stokies will be aware, Stoke and United actually have a good working relationship, mainly helped I guess by Rudge being mates with Fergie for years.

We used to go in their Boothen End and 90% take it over and met little or no resistance. I suppose in these days of sanitized stadiums they appear hard/moronic. Is this guy serious? I condone violence, but in all my years going to the Boothen, that never happened, he is 1 serious bullshitter
Huthy The ONLY time I saw anything like violence was v Leeds Utd I think it was.. I was in the Boothen End and those small barriers gave way, we were literally fighting to get to safty. And, it was pretty scary stuff too! We were all Stokie's and I remember an older chap close to me broke his arm he was crushed. And, i didn't miss too many games so yep, whoever that guy is. He's full of the brown stuff.
potts if i remember rightly v leeds thay did infiltrate the boothen, then they all met right in the middle & started singing, it took stokies a minute or so too realise what was going on, then all hell was let loose, i was only still young & ran for my life, memories are fading now, but **** happened & eventually they were ejected. Like i said i condone violence, but it never stopped me supporting the Mighty Potters. C'Mon Stoke tonight UTP & KTF
Correct you are Huthy.. It took about 30 sec's for the Stoke fans to sort them out.. I wasn't that close tot he barrier that did give way but it was mayhem. They told us to go out behind the Boothen End and it was absolute chaos for a while and.. I remember getting pushed against the White wall back of the Boothen by a copper on horseback.. and I gave him a right mouthful of verbal abuse. It was only when the police realised what had happened that he understood why I "lost it" It's tho only time I've ever done that. Eventually, they let us back in to the ground.
Haha. Redcafe has some idiots on it thats for sure. For the record the way stoke played when you first came up was a little route one and a bit rough but so ****ing what. It kept you up and now I seriously think with the quality squad you have now you are an outside bet for the top 4. Bolton did what you did and got stuck in when they first came up years back. They are still here. West Broam try and play football and West brom go up and down like a yoyo. As for the comment on Stoke fans being thugs.......yes, yes some of them are.....just like every other club in world football....bar Millwall and Leeds, who are all thugs
I think it was 1968 when ManU took the Boothen, but I'm pretty sure it never happened again. They and many other attempted it, but didnt succeed... I'm amaised how they are completely obsessing about us. Probably cause they see something in Stokes support that has been diluted out of existance at odd trafford. Passion!!!
Potts, I was in the Boothen for that game v Leeds, a 1-1 draw and Peter Dobing scored for us. I also sat in the middle of the Utd fans when we lost 5-0 at Old Trafford in our first visit in the prem. They were a friendly bunch and at 3-0, I had a great discussion about the Indian Cricket team - Utd truely are a club supported by the local populace!
Ah yes..... Nothing to with the fact we play you next then is it? or the fact this topic is all about MANCHESTER UNITED.
