Kateson, one of the horses I dread, always looks to have a cracking chance on paper but then I watch its races and it carries it head awfully. Hope it wins for you, but goodness, I've had enough of that horse troubling my wallet!
Moyhenna 12/1 Limerick 2.50 Horse has been aimed at this race and absolutely loves it around this track. Right handed and heavy ground are right up her street and with a nice prep hurdle run, She returns to the larger obstacles here. Denis Hogan is always very complimentary about this one and takes great care in picking and choosing the right race. I'll be surprised if she isn't sent on to lead, and with the heavy ground, she should take some pegging back, with a little luck along the way. She will have to put in a career best to win, I believe she has the ability to do so and we will know our faith early if she jumps off in front and fluently. Early money for her as she opened 16's with some firms so fingers crossed it all falls in place. Best of luck forumites.
I made a balls of my post above. I meant to write the other one under my original post instead of replying to it and creating another duplicate. If one of the moderators wants to do some maintenance then feel free.
Tis the season for giving and all that but a little clarity Chelsea would be nice( two market leaders are serious bumper horses so big ask)
Yes, 7 former Supreme racing club horses have been given the green light after reaching an agreement. The new syndicate comprises of former shareholders in the said horses who are now registered under a different name. Among the others cleared to run again are Aramon, Cadmium, Defy De Mee, Harrie, Hybery and Robin De Carlow. Coincidentally, Kemboy will be looking to be the first horse since 2005 to win the race back to back. Good old Beeforsalmon the last to do it. Will he be fully primed on seasonal bow after all the shenanigans, time shall tell.
Hendo and Fatboy Nicholls both getting OBEs in the New Year honours then. Chuckle Towers will doubtless be a very happy place through the New Year at this news. Whilst congratulations should be extended to both trainers the celebrations must surely be tempered by the fact that Iain Duncan-Smith is getting the sword on his shoulders. **** knows what for other than being thick posh boy .
The old national hunt scene still a little to grubby to be handed out knighthoods, OBEs will have to suffice it seems!!
Must be the case. Those 2 NH chaps are at the top of their games and have been for a fair ol while. Even the most ardent Tory supporter wouldn't offer up IDS as a top performer in his field. His spell as the leader was horrendous. Gongs for the boys.
Morning 1.25 Leopardstown...without Fav Canardier @ 9-4 [Bet Victor] Think he would have won but for falling on chase debut
Well while it's there....Anybody know if her Maj does a Jack Douglas impression? (Google it, youngsters!)
