I have a horrible feeling that this could be an absolute key game in our season. If we lose badly then we could end up going into "the slump" earlier than last year. We seem very vulnerable mentally if things don't go our way for a few games. 10 points won't be enough. Win today and this could really elevate the squad to new levels of confidence that could well last the season. The more I think about this game, the more importance it takes on. If Fulham win, they will see a chance to get automatic promotion from us. Leeds will be looking over their shoulder rather than looking upwards at West Brom . If Leeds win then Fulham may well go in to their shell resigned to the fact that they can't quite match the top 2 sides. Huge game imo.
Pretty much our strongest starting 11 if you are judging Bamford on his performance and not missed chances. I like seeing Alioski on the bench as he gives us options for replacing several players and he is someone capable of changing a game.
So Stevens is the young player stepping up this week. Also i see Casey in the the mix again. Seems bielsa has learned as bout his temperament.
I didn't watch it myself, well I turned it on at kick off, must have nodded off and woke up when the final whistle went.
