Just had a message from a lad with friends at the club who are reporting an incident in training. I'm waiting for clearer details but the gist is that the first team squad were totally disrespecting Parkinson and he blew up. That may seem like good news to those who believe it'll hasten the departure of the manager ... ... but I'm not dancing on my table. This reminds me of when the players turned on Di Canio, the club backed them and the supporters applauded them. Unless we get a cast iron structure into this club we'll just continue to drift. I think I might emigrate ....
If true it shows how unprofessional they are, and what hope have we the fans got? There are only 3 or 4 I would deffo keep, so sack the lot of them. Would rather lose with the bairns puttin some effort in than these w*nkers not even trying.
I tried, well it’s one thing some players with actual ability and stature having ego a few years back, it’s very different having this bunch of talentless no hopers thinking they can pull that. Let’s see if it has any truth in it.
As a lifelong supporter I'd hoped that there was no truth in it. Sadly its come from someone at the AOL who's a decent lad. The incident happened there while the academy lads and first team were training. It's bloody disheartening if it's all true. How long will this 'rotten core' shyte persist ... ... perhaps we should've backed di Canio despite his faults. He may be a lunatic but it appears that the lunatics are running our asylum.
If true I agree it's not good... maybe Parkinson is so bad that even our young turd division players think he is a joke? The club is just awful atm... toxic..
I would have a guess that this isn’t true, all this sort of stuff is always rumoured when the team is playing ****
Horrible news if true. PP is the manager and disrespecting him is disrespecting the club and fans whatever people think of him. Tees is absolutely correct, it just doesn't matter whether they like or agree with him. It's a worry. That Bolton game is huge, fail to win and things could get ugly.
Performances/results indicate that the players don't want Parkinson here, fans don't want him here, the league table shows that he should not be here, but Stewart Donald does not want to back down and admit that he is wrong. As long as Parkinson is in the job, results, camararderie and morale will sink along with our league position. Only one way out unfortunately.
Sadly its the same lad who told me about McGeady going before anyone else, including the media, mentioned it.
Worst part of it, we don’t have a single player in the squad that’s achieved a thing. Even the big name McGeady mainly pissed his career up a wall as he was made from the Russian money. Parkinson, for all he’s hapless, has achieved way more in the game.
This could be a turning point if the club back Parkinson wether he does good or bad it's a step in the right direction and not another cock up like Paulo.
