After watching him this season I got to admit that he is really good.... at impersonating a talentless twat who can't take penalties
Cos villa gambled on getting into top 4 from 2008-2011. Then they gambled on getting to a cup final (2015) Then they gambled on staying up and then on getting promoted snd agsin on staying up ... Got no sympathy...**** em to be perfectly honest
Is actually having a pretty good season to be fair, four goals and four assists in the Prem from CM/ LW where he's switched about. Could 100% add a bit of much needed creativity here, especially as Tanguy and Gio are struggling for fitness/ form. Swap deal for Winks
For me personally, I'd class this as a tier one source, Lilywhite Rose get a lot of good info on the youth and so if they're claiming a deal for Eze plus some of ours going in the opposite direction is on the cards, I'd imagine it's likely to be very accurate. Apologies if I've got the person wrong but pretty sure @Rocky blue army spoke really highly about Eze as he'd played on loan at Wycombe before.
And it's also worth pointing out Mark Warburton is currently the manager of QPR, he's previously had good relations with the club and has taken players on loan from us before, at QPR, Rangers and Brentford IIRC.
I'd say he's the Eriksen replacement, not obviously anywhere near the Dane's quality but seeing as Dele is now the number 10 in the team which is where Eriksen plays, I presume Eze will be brought in to provide competition/ back up. Stats this season are 9 goals and 4 assists in 22 games, so pretty impressive. 99% sure Rocky would probably have the best insight of us all as he follows Wycombe and Eze was on loan there a couple years back so would've watched a good few times. This comp was uploaded just a few days ago. Gives a little idea of what he's about.
Just remembered Rocky is now @Stokenchurch yid , pretty sure it was you who spoke about Eze before, right? If the above is true, what's your thoughts on him mate?
There was talk that Poch was lining up a January move for Eze that was scuppered by the minor inconvenience of him being sacked, which I mentioned a few weeks ago
Layvin Kurzawa Watch It's that time of year where we're linked with PSG left back Layvin Kurzawa, and this time the twist is we're looking to sign him on a free in the summer Although the "source" for this is Foot Mercato...
Obviously not on that level yet, but he strikes me as some sort of unholy mix of Dembele and Alli. Seems really hard to get off the ball and loves all the flicks, tricks and flair moves.
He's basically your stereotypical tricksy winger...just he plays through the middle ...who wants to point out that a bid for Eze probably means we won't make one for Grealish?
