If that is true That is an amazing deal I like Keita and I don’t think it would be fair to say he has been rubbish - however as it stands you could argue he is not yet a 50mil player however (not that I think it will be 7.25 mil - maybe a lot in add ons ) as someone mentioned above finding a Japanese player as we bring in Nike is unfeasibly shrewd. I liked the look of him in both games and think he would be a fantastic addition to the squad and for that sort of money - wow - just wow Literally the perfect example of win win
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has made it clear that he wouldn’t join Real Madrid because he doesn’t want to play alongside Sergio Ramos. http://sportwitness.co.uk/liverpool-forward-gives-surprising-refusal-real-madrid/
Yeah totally agree wasn’t comparing them position for position just more in deal vs deal. This one is an absolute no brainier Unless he comes in and disrupts the changing room then this is a win win. Atm Keita still has work to do imho to make him value for his transfer fee - just first one that came to mind
As some other teams may refer to ...he will make his fee back in shirts alone. Hopefully 1 or 2 more to come. I feel this is to replace Lallana personally, his contract is up soon.
Liverpool target Haaland wants to sign for Manchester United https://readliverpoolfc.com/2019/12/15/liverpool-target-haaland-wants-to-sign-for-manchester-united/
Not our target There was a good tweet about it; Man Utd went after Haaland because he scores loads of goals, we bought Minamino because he put them on a plate for Haaland
Since he didn't score against us the other night his price has dropped by £50m...........MU only now willing to pay £130m
Is Minamino actually happening? We also need FB cover really badly. Our shape is not the same when Milner plays as a FB. We may need to sign a CB, even if it’s for. Loan spell if there’s a decent oldie on a bench somewhere!
