"Ensure this discussion takes place" is short-hand for "I am not leaving until the Labour Party finds an equally radical left-wing replacement for me" Twat doesn't realise that he has singlehandedly destroyed the Labour Party and is left scratching his head as the working class voted Turdy in order to get out of Europe.
