That's my vote done, not that it makes any difference in my constituency due to the huge margin our incumbent mp has.

    Couldn't not vote though

Guys, if you want to give this country another democratic referendum on membership of the European Union, Save Our NHS and reduce the gap between the highest and lowest earners, give it the best possible chance and put a X next to both Labour and the Lib Dems :emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm expecting a few surprises in this Election.

Not so many as might have been, had Boris and Nigel been able to agree a pact, but still some.

Apart from the obvious Labour MP's with a small majority who oppose Brexit in constituencies that voted to leave, there could be revolts from Tory remain constituencies where their sitting MP has voted in favour,
Then there are the Tory constituencies where Boris withdrew the whip from the sitting Member, some of whom have been popular locally and are standing again as Independents.

As for me I continue to be torn.
My distaste for our sitting Member is such that I couldn't vote for her this time round under any circumstances.
If she loses I might well open a fresh bottle of Highland Park.
    But this is unlikely.

So it Brexit or Tory for me.
Which is most likely to get a Brexit supporting Member in.
My instinct is to go for Brexit, for this election only, particularly as a number of people who have only ever voted Labour but who also favour Brexit just won't be able to mark the paper TORY, when it comes to the crunch.
On the other hand the few thousand Tory's voters in Sunderland South are all likely to line up behind 'bonking Boris', giving the tory vote a 'head start'.

    Boris or Nigel.
The idea of supporting either of these clowns appals me, but needs must when the devil calls etc.

And for those who complain that I am betraying my roots I point out that while I voted to join the EU in the original Referendum, that was me voting for a Trade Pact.
I became opposed to the way it was developing in the 80's, and the Maastrict Treaty just proved me right.
So, in my own mind, it's not ME that's joined the 'posh Eton Boys', it them that have joined ME.

I remain torn too. I don't believe that what I intended to do will be anything other than a waste. Not going to the polling station for until this evening, so I've got some time to think about it.
Highland Park- excellent choice, by the way. My favourite.

If you haven’t finished the last bottle can I send postage and you can send it over to me <ok> on a serious note I would like one party to win by a large majority as I believe this election the public have taken note of what each party has promised and if they don’t deliver I can see them being in the wilderness for a very long time.

Seeing as I voted to leave the EU my vote has gone to the Brexit Party. Not sure how many others will do the same but if the full 17mil who voted to leave do the same there will be some very interesting results coming in. Actually looking forward to this one more than any other.

I'm doing exactly the same and I just hope that the constituency follows suit.

The constituency voted overwhelmingly to leave the EU but we had a sitting Labour MP who done all he could to stop Brexit happening. Somehow I think he'll win as he is in a strongly backed Labour area.

Guilty as charged. Only time I haven't voted Labour. I'm 57. Brigit has put self interest and that of her party ahead of her constituents, and I hope she pays dearly for it. The same can be said of Elliott and Hodgson.

Encouraging to read on social media reports there appears to be a high youth turnout today, they could be the vital key to ensure at least a hung parliament or a Labour win <cracker>

Interesting use of the word 'encouraging':emoticon-0105-wink:
I don't want Brexit but I fear Corbyn more. His false promises will mean nothing when we're all spending 6 hours a day queuing for bread and driving round in Trabants.

The thing is, there are plenty of people who think he's wonderful. This is why he wants to lower the voting age, because he knows that his unachievable promises will appeal to 16 year olds.
