I imagine there will be 3 seasons of His Dark Materials in line with the books, gets better each episode.
Quite enjoyed the first couple of episodes of that then lost touch with it, will have to catch up. Vikings is back on and been very good so far The Name of the Rose has been a good series I saw Le Mans 66 at the cinema over the weekend and that was very entertaining
One of the better BBC offerings of recent years. The books will get harder to produce as a TV series as you work through them. I found the last book heavy going it was so theological.
I'm hoping it's popular and therefore gets the budget to get bigger and bigger, could be a great bit of TV if done right. HBO being involved will mean it gets the backing if it's popular.

Watched Once Upon a Time in the West and The King of Comedy over the weekend. Both absolute classics and nice to see Joker paying homage to the latter
