Ten years ago London had three free papers: Metro (The Wail), London Lite (The Standard) and thelondonpaper (Murdoch) London Lite was so crap, the Standard ended up being free to everyone but the bastard by East Croydon demanding 50p for one for months afterwards
So our next opponents in CL are one of Barcelona PSG Juventus Valencia or Ajax Leipzig Edit Valencia knock out Ajax
Hopefully PSG, Valencia or Leipzig. Seen us face Barca and Juve already. Although Barca could be interesting what with Jose’s history with them.

Its mind games from Mourinho, this way a heavy defeat won’t feel as bad as he can say, ‘I rested star players and gave youngsters a game to get some top level experience’
Wouldn’t even say it’s mind games, it’s just efficient management. After we ****ed up in Colchester, chances have been few and far between for the youth/ fringe, so this is a great opportunity for them to get a run out and hopefully give Jose something to think about going forward. Win, lose or draw, I back the manager with the decision to rest and rotate on this one. I’d have done the exact same thing, in fact I’d have actually left more of the first team at home, Son and Dave especially.
We have other concerns than this game and really need a win at Wolves. I don't care what tonight's result is. We can't afford too many more injuries to front line players. Plus, there has long been some concern about how many games Harry Kane plays and how long he stays on the pitch in games that are no longer a meaningful contest. Laying this down as a marker early on in Mourinho's reign is a good thing, as is getting Troy Parrott some time in senior football.
He should be leaving out anyone that he plans to start against Wolves, pretty much. It's a great opportunity to have a look at some of the squad that he hasn't used very often, if at all. See who he can work with and who we need to get shot of.
