Nigel Pearson to be announced tomorrow! Craig Shakespeare as no2. Deal until end of the season with possible extension. Will watch from the stands tomorrow. Saved LCFC in 2015 (?) from a similar position...thoughts??

Go Nige, knock some heads together and create the team spirit you are well known for. This could be an inspiring appointment, he will not put up with less than total effort.

Will Knockaert join on loan in January?

Key part of the Fulham team now.

People have been talking about a Championship type appointment but Pearson only has till the end of the season so what happens if we do go down?

Does he stay to get a chance for promotion or bye bye another manager ..

He is exactly the sort of appointment you probably would make for the Championship in the summer!

Bit of a shame the club didn't leave it later for Pearson to be presented to the crowd as the ground was half empty .

Rumours of John Eustace coming in as a coach as well.
I wanted Austin to stay but he has gone but this is looking like creating a full English coaching team with beans!

I think a committed John Eustace would be an excellent addition to the team.

Will many of the Spanish backroom staff be ditched? Maybe Brexit will influence availability soon?

Don't bring politics in here please.
but my penny's worth is that there will be no change in the countries emigration policy whether we are in or out of the EU, it is the UK government of the day that decides policy and law. That said, it is far more likely that the EPL & FA chose to increase the number of home grown players within squads.

This reminds me of GT, but comes from the new man.

“The Head Coach and players are all visitors. When you’re a fan of a football club, it’s in you. We’ve got to make sure our football team plays with a commitment and a conviction that our fans are proud of”

Congratulations on getting a really good manager in Nigel Pearson, this man is a top manager a legend at LCFC and will give players a kick up the back side when needed and an arm around the shoulder when also needed. However most of all will never let the team give in until the whistle blows. I am sure he will give you at Watford every chance at staying up!
