    Credit to McCann, whatever he said at h/t worked, fantastic 2nd half, compared to poor first, looked like deja vu from Barnsley, poor non existent marking for them with a free head for their goal. Couldn’t believe the difference in Silva in 2nd half, brilliant compared to a poor first.

    Stoke couldn’t live with us in 2nd half, showed them for what they are, a team of big units and big reputations/names, Ince in particular was ****. Best sub made by McCann bringing the Taff on near end, in first minute 3 great defensive heads.

    Biggest gripe, the old chestnut - corner routines - what a load of wasted opportunities. McCann ought to have them in Monday practising non stop.

    Definite game of two halves today. I couldn't believe the non existent CTID chant at 1904. Dennis was all over the place after insisting we were there for kick off to pay our respects to Afobe... Why were the screens not publicising this? so decided to go for a piss at 15 minutes. We'd debated the following Allam out chant without any resolution, so still suspect a strategic piss? Anyway I started the CTID, no response. Two around me joined in halfway through, but is this chant now also off limits? Surely it only shows our allegiance to our team? is everyone that frightened we offend the ****s in charge?

    So, we struggle/do not annihilate teams who are bottom feeders in the tank - are we really a team destined to a top six finish? Words are easy, but is it all aspirational rather than achievable?
