If only it were so easy. Right now they live rent free in my home and in my head They have their own space, warmth and full bellies and enjoy to varying degrees, what they earn.....I don’t mind this....in fact I actually really like it...we’re a very close ‘blended family’. But we’re only one baby away from the wheels falling off
Tbh once your children move out everything changes. You think you'll have all that time to watch what you want on the telly, finally get to see what the remote control feels like ( plus learning how to actually use it) and there are lots of other examples but the reality is you miss the mess and mayhem and start feeling old really quickly
Nah....I can afford to keep them, that’s not the issue - I prefer to see them work for their money and enjoy spending it on travel or cars or whatever makes them happy. We make them save 1/3 of what they earn and have told them that they will pay rent if they can afford to drink excessively, smoke or take drugs. I’m more worried about them still being here with grandkids
I won’t get bored mate. I have a bucket list of what I want to do once they’ve moved out and if I already make sure that I’m crossing them off now....life’s too short to wait!!
I do it every day. Not just Crimbo. In fact, only being in hospital stops me. Piss up in manc today with my reporter mate and another top mate. Will end up at the Happy Seasons for a wonderful Chink.
Adrian, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk are the latest Liverpool players to spring a Christmas surprise on some unsuspecting young Reds in our annual festive video. The three first-team stars recently visited a local school, where pupils believed filming had been set up for them to simply tell LFCTV why they support the club. But instead, Adrian, Alexander-Arnold and Van Dijk were hidden behind the scenes waiting to surprise the kids in a variety of ways – and with a variety of different reactions. The trio – newly-crowned world champions on Saturday night – also delivered special LFC gifts and chatted with the youngsters who took part. Enjoy the feel-good video in full below...
Its here, its here, the best day of the year! The longest possible time till next ****ing Christmas. Kids have got their toys, wife is happy pottering about and little old me has copious amounts of football to watch accompanied by maybe a small aperitif or two. Happy boxing day everyone!
