    I think he will see it as an investment - we cannot afford a second season in the third tier. I don't think we will spend what's really needed but I think we'll see an injection of a bit of transfer cash.

    Feels strange to be progressing through a cup competition. Good result and good experience for the younger players. Maybe might feed some positivity into the squad for Saturday. The squad will need all the support it can get, I'll be in the crowd. I've never seen a victory at st Andrews
