I said on paper they aren't - 11 V 11 on a team sheet, there aren't many players in the Leeds side that are undeniably better than our players.
Fact is, they're mentally stronger, which makes them consistent. Bielsa has them fighting every week until the last kick of the game.

We turn up some weeks, some weeks we don't. It'll end in a mid-table finish.

Ehabs bargain basements signings hit and miss again. Can’t wait to watch Eaves foul people a dollop about all Xmas.

We've had a very decent run lately and has proven today if you don't perform then you can lose to any side in this league. Consistently is key for top six but against Boro and then today we have let in a total of five goals in, keeping games tighter and not conceding many always gives you a chance At.Huddersfield we give away another three it's a problem we have to sort out quickly if we want to improve our position on last season. Consistently is key we know the squad is light of a couple of players but for now we have to go with want we have got. Very disappointing after our superb mid week result let's hope we get back on track next Saturday.

So did the players go there with the same attitude as some of the fans?.....£ucking fatal.

I've done my sentence watching City, saw it coming all day long.

Typical city syndrome, a very poor result against the bottom team who haven’t won in 17 games, sadly no surprise to us long in the tooth city fans. It’s the away support I feel for, a record following support, full of enthusiasm after Wed performance, safe return journey back to all, particularly my nephew!!

And just when you thought it can’t get any worse, we’re told Stewart is out ‘til end Feb, Magennis out 4/6 weeks, Henriksen out in Norway on garden leave, and old man Allam comes out of the wood work to relight the fire. And Leeds up shortly on the horizon.

    Constantly inconsistent.

Good post....What gets my back up is fat knacker Burnsey blurting on about a win even before the game has kicked off..Doesn't experience tell him that City £uck up every time? …..0-3 at Huddersfield being a prime example.

Memory tells me last season around this time we started Leeds decline Tigress... we all know what we'll go and do. As i've said, its a mental thing and thats down to the manager and the sports psychiatrists if we have any. If we'd have been in a relegation scrap today and lost midweek, we'd likely have won...

Well , Magennis out with a grade 2 hamstring and Stewart needs his fifth metatarsal pinning. long term injuries that we could have done without. We need a CF as soon as the window opens, a third choice and a lad are not enough. We also need a midfielder too. The injuries probably affected the players in a negative way and throws the squad out of balance. I hope they recover well and I wish them the best. Also spare a thought for Angus MacDonald who I also wish a very speedy recovery too.

I think Barnsley deserve some credit. They were absolutely clinical in their finishing and we didn't have an answer to their pressing. From our point of view it again seemed that we just don't have the quality on the ball to have an answer to teams pressing us. It was ridiculously scrappy stuff from us as a result. Constantly giving the ball away just after we'd won it.

Midfield trio of Batty, Irvine and Honeyman completely outmuscled and outplayed by Barnsleys. Back four seemed to have just met for the first time. Grosicki dross. On a brighter note, Potter looks like he could be very good.

not playing Henriksen when we have such a poor midfield is just pathetic - two steps forward, two steps back with McCann - some really good results but also some dire performances with no clue or direction

I’ve seen enough of Honeyman. Lightweight and doesn’t seem to know where to line up. He’s the reason our midfield was ramshackle today, in my view.

Honeyman runs around a lot and is totally ineffective .
If only we had a Norwegian international midfielder at the club .
