Is it wrong I am quietly confident we will keep Bowen.

Simple maths, chance of a shot at 150 million or 20 million for Bowen?

    Yeh it’s Ehab he’s gone.

Nitpicking but a very average penalty from Magennis. Very good win however but fine margins with Preston hitting the post at 0-0.

Could be wrong but hasn't Magennis taken all of our pens this season? Maybe he was an established penalty taker at Bolton?

Oh, deep joy waking up to this result, it sounds like a complete performance, and to do it against PNE who were flying high is a real feather in the boy's cap.

Jarrod Bowen just keeps getting better, his second goal is something to savour. Great to see both Josh Magennis and Bowler have good games, and really pleasing that Dan Batty played well.

It does make you think that after the performance Sunday when both Irvine and Turbo were off-colour and then back to their best tonight. Whether playing them just after the International break is a wise move, and maybe giving them extra time to recover might be the way to go?

Terry seems to be pushing all the right buttons with this team, and long may it continue.

Just listened to Burnsey's interview and Turbo was the designated penalty taker but he gave it to Josh to take.

Turbo may well have been the designated pen taker, but more like Josh picked up the ball, wouldn't give it to
him despite Turbo remonstrating, John! Hate to see that, just puts more pressure on the taker.

Anyhow, Take a bow Mr McCann. 3 points, clean sheet, 4 goals, could/should easily have been more, (I know, cue the comments women are never satisfied!) Even in crap weather, doesn’t get better than this! Quality football, best game seen this season. Couldn’t fault any player, have to say we were impressed with Magennis, read the game so well, link up and distribution brilliant. Defence also brill, so determined particularly in 2nd half to keep that clean sheet, throwing bodies on the line.

I honestly think he’ll stay, a shot at the top table with city, this year’s golden boot winner or a top team buys him and loans him back, either way a winner for city if it helps us get promoted...

This is good but if you’d of added that Bowen is now the join top scorer in the league but also top due to having more assists it would of been peeeerfeeeccct... apologies, I have too much time on my hands these days...

We're back up to third in the form table, only West Brom and Leeds ahead of us.

I think a few things have to happen for that to happen RTR.... 1. He has to want to stay, maybe he does... 2. He signs a contract with a buy out allowing to leave if we dont make it or a fee is triggered. 3. Someone buys him (not a team defined to relegation) who would allow him to stay on loan until the season end.

Oh man. Woke up this morning not knowing the result. Was out til late and went out like a light. What a great result and a real answer after that bad first half Saturday. Four goals to celebrate as well as a clean sheet. Bowen on fire too. He must be looked at seriously in Jan by premier clubs but for now I am just going to enjoy his performance and whatever he gets he really deserves.

Agree with all of that but it could have been better if there were more there to watch it. The crowd was piss poor and quite worrying when concessions, which the lack was one of the reasons fans were staying away have been reintroduced. I don't class 'it was raining' as an excuse not to go.

The thing is there is nothing we can do about it except go, many obviously are not but Hopefully with results and performances like that then some will gradually return even though it looks like it's going to be a very difficult task even with the new price offers, yes they can do more price offers but then some members then moan, maybe they could let members bring someone cheaper. There is other things they could do such has free kids with a parent, members bring someone cheap act but has seen on the latest offers some go for the one game then stop again. Probably bringing prices down for each game would help but other than that it's difficult.
