To be honest i didn't read it as Marcus "abusing his powers" at all.

I read it as simply "i'm sick of your negative, made up, agenda driven ****e so do us all a favour and cross the line so you can be banned"

Nothing wrong with saying that. After all, a mod is allowed his opinion as well isn't he?

Hahaha, well spotted! Dancing stripes and his ridiculous double standards:

" The negativity flying around our club at the moment could be totally destructive to our season going forward, and the vast majority is coming from one particular section of our club.... FulwellBri and his fanbase...

....Our fans need to get back on side, and start actually supporting this club rather than abusing it. Understand that it's a journey and be prepared to go with it. Because if our fans are on side, the journey will be quicker and the club will flourish."

Marcus is anything but power happy, but hopefully him and the other mods will prevent this board becoming the car crash that is RTG

Thanks mate much appreciated - what I will say, is that RTG is notorious for mods banning people because they simply disagree with them and can't handle an argument. I've argued with loads of posters on here yet they're all still here - me and @clockstander had many an argument over Cattermole - but it was 2 people with different opinions. That's what this place is all about.

For the new posters and particularly those (if there's anyone else with the same opinon) who think I am overstepping as a mod - I am over the moon with the influx of new posters. Basically it;s great to have a busy board again, besides, if I banned Bri for nothing but negativity and agenda, chances are our supermods would have my badge for it and we'd need a new mod. It's not the way we roll here.

If I argue with someone over something, it;s as a fan not a mod - unless it needs top be as a mod!

If you ever take a break just let someone on here know ...

... I'm sure most people would be able to churn out the same predictable shyte.

It's brave for a Mod to ban a Wum who posts regularly and thereby increases traffic.

RTG fell into the trap of allowing blatant negative wumming because they knew people would respond.

It's either a forum for discussion around SAFC and football or it's just endless 'Punch & Judy' ....

.... the latter will eventually fail because the cliques are relentless and obviously have endless time on their hands.

But they only have their sniping at decent people in their armoury, once they're left to support a chat forum they're shown to have nothing of interest to say.

This Bri reminds me of monty an awful lot - post same negative drivel, retreat to safe distance and post more negtive drivel. Don't respond when caught out or even respoinded to.

Hence the fact I really want him to cross the line! Can;t just ban him for negativity - oh how I wish we could sometimes!!

Yeah he's like a lot like Monty although unfortunately his posts are way longer. Can't fathom the lack of awareness to sit and type out the same lengthy rant over and over without realising or caring you said the same thing yesterday and the day before and twice the day before etc etc.

Also with Monty you get the odd bit of wild optimism which balances it out a little.

Well if we do sell him like maja and pay more for a supposedly more prolific and experienced player, it shows we have ambition and not cashing in on players ;)

Not in the same class as Maja, but neither is Grigg, and Kimpy is the more mobile so maybe worth a gamble on that score alone. Contract or no contract, we need some competition up front and we need it urgently before its too late for this season to end well.

If we’re offered £1m fir him I’d snap their hands off. He’s done nothing to prove he’s worth anywhere near that. Selling him for £1m would be a stroke of genius from the club
