I hope this may be helpful to any QPR fans travelling to Derby by road for the game on Easter Monday, parking is available for away fans on 2 sites [100 and 400 yards from the stadium] at £6 per vehicle [sorry no coaches].

Presuming most will travel via the M1, leave at JCT25 and travel towards Derby on the A52 [Brian Clough Way], about 1 mile past the SPONDON/ASDA exit is the slip road to PRIDE PARK, ***TAKE CARE ON THIS APPROACH AS IT IS A 40mph RESTRICTED AREA AND THERE ARE SPEED CAMERAS.

Take the Pride Park slip road, beware after the sharp bend there is a pedestrian crossing, go past the North end of the stadium to the 3rd island and turn right into RIVERSIDE ROAD, the FRENGER SYSTEMS car park is about 60 yards on the right hand side, this site is suitable for the elderly and less able supporters.

For those who may wish to eat/drink before the game, continue along Riverside Road to the last unit on the left hand side, the PRIDE VETERINARY CENTRE car park is handier for the away friendly hostelries [ask an attendant for details]. When leaving this car park after the game to avoid congestion/delays I would advise that you turn left and then left at the next 2 islands and park on the left hand side of the approach to the stadium island to await the removal of the barriers, these are removed when the supporters coaches have cleared the area.

I hope this helps, take care and have a safe journey. <ok>

    Rams vs QPR - 30th November 2019.

The above details of away fans parking apply for the game on 30th November, however I would advise you allow plenty of time for the journey as there are still roadworks, single lane traffic and delays around the approaches to the stadium.

The entry slip road from the A52 is now open but there are restricted lanes towards the stadium, the main delays are likely to be experienced when leaving after the match, be sure to take your stress pills. Just as a guideline my normal 10 minute drive home has been taking nearer to 60 minutes.

Have a safe journey folks, if you want any further information don't hesitate in asking me via this forum.

I'm afraid that you will be prone to delays whichever approach you take, I would use the M1 and leave at JCT25, along the A52 and then onto Pride park via the slip road, as previously stated this is where there are roadworks and single lane traffic, go past the North end of the stadium to the 3rd island and turn right into RIVERSIDE ROAD for away friendly parking, I would advise using the PRIDE VETERINARY CENTRE [last unit on the left hand side]. When you leave turn left and left at the next 2 islands and then park on the road approaching the stadium to await the barrier removal, you then have to go past the North end and then turn right and use the road at the rear of the retail park to get back to the A52 Northbound.

    I hope this helps.
