Off Topic Old **** Chiefs big fat thread of Christmas.

Had it this morning.

Felt like Christmas to be fair.

 

Not sure why but I've always quite liked step into Christmas.

 

I trust you used proper oats and cranberries ? not them packets that contain loads of additives and take as long as the real ingredients anyway ?? it really annoys me seeing people at the tills with them

 

I like Christmas more than I like cliff Richard mind

 

I like the original Band Aid song because it reminds me of being that age when we had great family Christmases before everyone got old, divorced and died.

 

After this weekend, i've only got one more weekend off till after new year

 

Organic oats.

The cranberries were dried though.

The banana wasn't.

 

you see this is one the issues I have with Christmas in that over the years so many people have died during that period and it's kinda a nasty reminder every 12 months

 

porridge really is the food of the gods ! high in protein, natural fat burner, longevity , better sex lives .. there isn't any modern day obsession that the humble oat cannot address .

 

people die everyday you daft ****.

 

sorry I wasn't specific enough I mean for my tribe weve lost a lot on or around christmas

 

did you make them porridge?

 

no believe it or not one of them the last thing I gave them was a sip of irn bru

 

Have them four or five times out of seven breakfasts a week.

Tomorrow, got them in the fridge with skimmed milk and Greek yogurt.

Will add some frozen berries in the morning and eat at work.

The other two or three mornings I eat bacon butties or toast though!

 

I must be pissed early, as i can't decipher that post.

 

good stuff .. I have something like that on Saturdays … you've gotta have some fat in your life .

What you doing? nothing... might train at home
Where you going? nowhere
What you buying? money for kids and stud people don't want for adults
