Excellent news for Mr and Mrs Darling. If it is a girl Mr and Mrs Darling could always call it Eadie ? Would that work ? Bah !
That's almost as good as Pukkina! I'll suggest it tonight too, if in the unlikely event Mr and Mrs Darling doesn't go for Pukkina. Bah!
Cheers, will do. Pukkina was not dignified with any more than a look! Eadie not dismissed out of hand. Bah!
Honest opinions on names: Isabelle Isabella Ophelia Persephone Pennelope Arabella Annabelle Annabella (You can tell Mrs darling likes Bella!) Imogen Honest as you like, one is in there on Mrs Darlings wishes only! (The name would probably be Isabella already if it wasn't for the fact it has become a fixture in the top ten names for the last few years) In considered opinions, should any be avoided in the strength of being instant bully fodder and the subsequent likelyhood of turning them into an Emo? Bah!
It's difficult to know what to choose without knowing the surname, for instance if you share a surname with Ed Balls then Ophelia is a definite no
If you want (need) to score brownie points Mon General, you could go for Isabelle, giving the reason that she is a 'belle', just like her gorgeous mother.
Emilia can surely be slipped by the Mrs? You can save shortening it to Emi until she's old enough to kick a ball.
So at 7:23 18th March Arabella Hogmany Melchett weighing in a decent 8lbs 3oz. Mum and baby both doing just fine. Bit of late drama as we had been looking at a planned c-section after midday the 18th but someone had other ideas! 1:40 Mrs M was up, by 3 we called PAU as she was in some lower abdominal pain, sounded like UTI, they said come in as planned. But we noticed the pain was in waves, so I timed them, less than 5 mins apart! Another phone call a check, 4cm dilation and straight in for the C-section! Probably normal, but a little shock to our plans for a relaxed morning. Bah!
