    would you take him ?

I’d have him in a heart beat. Reckon he’d get this group playing brilliant football.

I would definitely take him, if not just for the fact that if he does make us successful it would make it that much sweeter.

He has, however, given interviews before saying he would never manage Arsenal Barcelona or Rosario due to his connections at the respective rival clubs.

I dont think he would take a job at Arsenal, but I suppose everything can change in football.

Lets also remember that we still have Emery in charge <laugh><laugh>.

All this talk of other managers etc, but we dont even have a job opening, so to speak.

To be fair, he had to say that when he was at Spurs.

Given that they've ****ed him off and sacked him though, I would expect that loyalty to be well and truly finished.

You don’t want this to happen for the simple reason that I cant be arsed looking for past posts to prove the undoubted hypocrisy that will be on show if Poch did take over

However it won’t be happening because and I’m not wumming here but Poch will land a much bigger job than Arsenal and aspires for much greater things than what Arsenal might give him.

Just the way life goes...not everyone will have the privelage of having had Poch and Jose defining themselves through managing their Club

Maybe United when/if Poch joins them but certainly not Arsenal

I don't think Poch will come to Arsenal btw, but the bantz if he did would be brilliant.

Mate - despite recent league positions. Arsenal is a step up.

This is the thing - he has failed repeatedly under pressure.

Consistently decent but I dont see Poch winning the EPL for example. I think he's just below that level.

The more I think about this the more it does not make sense and I don’t want Poch. I’m not so sure he’s the man to right the ship

Arsenal are not going to challenge for the title for 2or 3 years.
You need to rebuild a defence and a midfield...only your strike force is good enough to win the league.
Pochettino won't want to have the "not won a trophy" label thrown at him for another three years or so.
My bet is PSG or Bayern Munich before coming back to the premier league.

Defo, Levi made him sign not to join another premier league club for a couple of seasons

Actually Disgaree with this. You may be right that we wont clannege for the next 2-3 years but that shouldnt be the case.

Auba is peaking now - he will be in decline in 2 years. Lacazette, Bellerin etc.. ar'nt getting any younger.

    You look at our squad.

    Great Forwards
    Great Fullbacks
    Decent Goalkeeper
    Good Defensive midfield options
and a whole bunch of very good young players pushing for a place.

So add a TOP creative midfielder and a TOP CB and the team is good enough.

We are only weak in two positions. This squad should not be struggling for a Top fop position there's FAR too much quality there. Inferior sides to ours have WON this league let alone challenged for a Top four spot. Emery is doing a poor poor job.

My point was about winning the league or CL not about coming top 4.

Your squad should absolutely be seriously challenging for top 4 but imho only your front players are title winning quality
