Was thinking Canada because there was a moment never caught on camera where Mansell and Senna came to blows with Mansell coming off worse. Thought they might have gone on to 1/2 that.

My memory is becoming hazy though. :)

haha, coming into the last chicane? I remember Mansell sitting in his car in the middle of the track for a lap waiting for Senna to come back around so he could shake his fist at him, then running to the pitlane to cry at Ron.

No idea... Somehow the TV only cut to it right in the aftermath, and by some weird fluke apparently had no replay of it. Not entirely sure how Mansell wound up where he did and just didn't out-drag Senna in to the first corner, but guess we'll never know.

Just watched the old footage. Only thing I can think is Mansell somehow got on the strip of grass and lost it. It's a weird one.

I think he tried to take Senna on the outside of the first part of the chicane and Senna just didn't give him the room and squeezed him off.

A lot of people see Hamilton as most Senna like but to me Verstappen seems more like the new incarnation.

Hamilton is nothing like Senna aprt from him wearing a yellow helmet and driving for mclaren, not in Senna's league

He's well in Senna's league, you put Senna and Hamilton in the same car there would be very little in it.

Please explain your logic, don't just open the door, 'throw a dead cat in' and see the reaction.

his speed, his ability to overtake, the way he can put the car on pole with laps that take your breath away- singapore 2018 for example, his ability to look after his tyres. He is the complete package. The great drivers can take a car and drive it regardless of it's issues. Hamilton did it, Schumacher did it, Alonso did it, so did Senna.

I agree with you, it was Viva Giggsy who frequently throws a dead cat into the room and runs, I wanted to understand why he says Hamilton was not as good a Senna because I think he is. I just think Viva likes a dead cat for reaction, so I am testing him.

Hamilton is a good driver but people go way over top about him, he's had the best car since 2014 and only maybe first part of 2018 has anyone been close. Schumacher and Senna have actually won World titles when not having the best car before. Don't like that Max but even he's challenging or winning in a red bull that's not as quick as the merc or even ferrari

All Senna WDC's came in seasons McLaren won the WCC, Hamilton won the WDC in 08 with the 2nd best car, so what you have said is factually incorrect. Schumacher always had a subservient team-mate, if Hamilton had had one of those he wouldhave won in '07 & '15.
As to Max, he's winning the odd race but to say he's challenging is a joke, he's not even troubling Bottas for 2nd.

ye gods, I'm defending Hamilton, whatever next, glowing character references for Webber? tis the end of the world.
