    Good morning all from Dorset. Cloudy but dry and no frost today. Managed a few pints of Otter bitter which was very good. I suspect that I have lost the habit of being able to drink more than a couple of pints at a time. I seem to manage better with a gap between a midday session and an evening one rather than have it roll into one. Enjoy your day whatever you might be up to.

    I was reminded how wonderful France can be during Rick Stein's programme last night, must visit next year. I really like the Burgundy area.

    Morning all from Bucks. Moved on yesterday from Dorset and there is a biting cold wind here. Need to visit the sorting office as they are holding a parcel for Mme. The delivery was much quicker than we thought it would be, and daughter was out at work when it was delivered here. Not enjoying English traffic, far too much of it on roads that started to have have improvements, but all stopped. Anyway enjoy your day whatever you have planned. <ok>

    Morning all from a rather damp, but not so cold Bucks. Seems as though the shops here are in full Christmas spend your money mode, whereas in France many of the stores are only just beginning to get their stocks of mainly chocolate goodies in. Aylesbury town centre is fully lit up now, while at home the Christmas lights do not come on until 1st December. Enjoy your day whatever you have planned. <ok>
