You couldn't blame him at all for following the money and good luck to him. Unfortunately it's going from bad to worse for the Ospreys
To be honest, from a purely Ospreys-only perspective, they could use the savings to sign players who would be available throughout the entire season ..... That said, with greater investment, the Ospreys need 5 new/additional international / marquee players, plus c10 steady-Eddies But that would cost £5m-£6m extra, less the savings on releasing the ‘chaff’ in the squad...
