Im gonna beat up a kilo pork with my meat hammer and massage in some of Maggies liquids, pepper, garlic. While that sits ill knock up some kind of jew to fry it in. Im thinking some mango chutney, dab of chilli pickle, sprinkle of sweetcorn and chopped carrot + maybe some diced swede. Got some thin noodles to boil and then fry up to go with. Its gonna be epic guise stay tuned yeh. By thw time i went and done that i decided i need a mid- dinner prep spliff so wiol do tye jew after that. Made super thin swede and carrot chips to fry with the pork and jew. Sweecorns in the freezer still.
So my jew consisted of half a jar of mango chutney, a tin of chopped tomatoes some beef stock and lots of garam masala powder. Porks nearly done, just about to fall apart. Put my carrot and swede chips in the boiler for 10 mins before a quick fry, not doing noodles now, gone for rice and naans instead.
