    From the YEP

Leeds United fans can relax - 'no chance' Brighton will recall Ben White in the January transfer window
There is 'no chance at all' that Leeds United's star loanee Ben White will return to his parent club Brighton in January.

I'll go further. IF we go up, I think he'll want to stay, big crowds, hero status, 1st team football in the premier, pay rise, coach who has complete faith in him and recognised before anyone else that he was much too good for reserve team football. What is not attractive about that <ok>

Great thought, but not too sure how much say he would have in it as he is contracted until after the 2021/22 season :(

As well as us getting promoted, Brighton would need to be relegated. Not likely to happen as they’re mid table at present

Disagree! :) I think that's the worst thing to happen.

All of a sudden, Brighton could keep a proven Championship player on Championship wages, allowing them to sell off someone with PL wages. As we've all seen year after year, loads of PL players completely fail to adapt to the Championship, so it's a no-brainer for them. If they stay in the PL, there's a chance that we'll have a chance to buy him as he might be surplus to requirements, as he is now. Then again, knowing our luck ..... :(
