Jack Ross must be enjoying a bit of schadenfreude - and I for one wouldn’t blame him

Don't think the players, are actually bothered.
They play with so little interest and to lose three goals to a club 4th from bottom of league two is unforgivable.

I agree. These players are Ross signings and it’s pretty obvious the new manager has a huge job convincing them of his methods.

why was I not born in Manchester or bloody Liverpool?

Well they were signed when Jack was here anyway. When he left I’m sure he said something about the ‘structure’ of the club not being to his liking- or words to that effect

Incredible that we still have some fans lining up to defend Donald and his cronies from Eastleigh, they have been a complete ****ing disaster and the sooner they sell up the better. The appointment of Parkinson feels like the Wilkinson one but at a much lower level, I can't believe Donald could be so stupid and he's on a 2.5 year contract as well. Mind blowing.

It's long been my opinion that Ross had us if anything punching above our weight and getting rid of him was a risk I wasn't sure was worth taking. I'm even less sure now.

There's still time for Parkinson to turn things around but apart from the Tranmere game it's been piss poor so far. He might have to get tough with them and have them taking extra training sessions etc, work the buggers.

That’s been a manager lament since poyet mentioned something similar.

Christ I don’t expect much but losing to Scunthorpe 3-0 with a team that was the strongest we could put out virtually is unacceptable

They look pretty high to me here as they pass the bottom of the 0 in the 30 number.

I said I'd leave it but I'm not sure what viewing device your watching the video on. I'll leave this slow mo enlarged gif (albeit **** quality given it's a capture of a capture so missing frames also) here as it even shows his arse when O'Nien pulls down his shorts a little after pulling him down.

Thought the double jeopardy rule regarding pens & sendings off had been abolished ?

Mind thought we should've had a pen in the first half too

Thing is where the hell was the ref positioned?. We are looking at this super slo mo and still pics

I’m going on the first look I got from the video and the lad pushes it too far with his left foot and fell back into O’Nien, look at how the lad was stretching for the ball, it’s out of his reach, irrespective of onien

imo no pen and even less of a card.

    good debate

Fortunately the sting from supporting Sunderland has been numbed by the state of the club and the state of football itself for a canny few years now. Just as well cos I'd be devastated at the moment. The fact that modern football can still stir up extreme emotions in many folk just baffles me. It's just not the same.

horrible when losing becomes the norm, we have all been 'numbed' over the past few years, from the slightest appearance in the top of the premier league to all but stinking the league out with 'miracle' escapes season after season, back to back relegations, the change of ownership we all wanted to the change of ownership we are still none to sure about to the realisation that we may have to accept this standard before we can move forward.

things will not change until we get the curse lifted says i...
