I'm pretty relaxed. Usually. But this is very worrying. That was supposedly a strong team tonight. Just no positives at all.
if we needed any further proof that we are now a division three club, tonight was it!! no 'new manager bounce', no pace, no desire...sorry to say it but this has to be the most pathetic side i have seen playing for this club and my first game was 72/3 season, one or two (luke being the main one) show some fight and some desire, the rest i have no idea how they have made/are making a living in this game.
I’ve had my fill for today. About 14 days to get some sort of organisation and a boot up the backsides for the players and manager.
The last 3 performances in particular have been pub league standard and that isn't an exaggeration. The appointment of Parkinson was dreadful and we are going to pay the price for years to come as we will become one of those big clubs who will find ourselves in the lower leagues
Bennett: Lack of pace, confidence, players need to look at themselves. We are going backwards. How do you get the best out of them? No pattern of play, too many players not willing to run, to work. Sad times. Goodnight folks
Said it a few time, 442, it’s not rocket science at this level, have shots at goal and show desire. I’m available methane and Donald
Wrong shape again, square pegs in round holes, nothing is going to change without real leadership, and fresh ideas, it could get worse unless PP cottons on to our problems which are their for all to see. The only positive to night is that O/9 does not miss any games.
mid table team, now we need January to come fast, He should have played the reserves, we are being humiliated each game, and Parky will be out by Jan. Another thing is how far behind will we be after Saturdays results ?, should not be playing Burton in 2 weeks time now either maybe Feb, there is no doubt we need about 6 players in now.
Not for me, bog standard formation for bog standard league and players next two league games are at home v Coventry and burton, he’ll be under tremendous pressure if wins don’t happen
Night all. I’m leaving as my head is buzzing with anger. to quote a famous sage “this not where we are all about”
An absolutely abysmal start to Parkinsons Sunderland career. ****ing pathetic. I keep saying to myself I'm not going to let it bother me but it just does, it ****ing infuriates me. The management at the top end of the club is farcical.
