Next game up is away to Norwich on a Monday night FFS.Who in their right mind came up with this one. This along with Ipswich has to be one of the worst places in the country to get to, if like me, and I used to drive to away games. Living out of the UK as I do now it's not a problem for me, but I feel for those that travel in their own transport.
One thing is certain, with it being a Monday night game, and the fact it will be screened live on Sky, means that a lot of our supporters who are employed will not be able to attend due to the fact, they will have to take at least half of Monday off work and still be expected to turn in on Tuesday bright as a button.
Something has to give, and unfortunately it will be the amouunt of support we have at Carrow Road, However, I still feel that those who do make the journey will drown out the pitiful support that the Canaries drum up. After all the celebrity cook makes more noise than the fans, so in her own words, LETS BE HAVIN YA. I fully expect three points and will highly annoyed with anything less. KTF.<cheers>

You've answered your own question. It was Sky that came up with that one by deciding to broadcast the game as the Monday Night Match.

The only good thing about it is that it gives the Southerners who can't afford to see us play regularly a chance to see us, but I'm not too sure how much of a following we have in Norwich... At least I'll be able to watch it without the stream constantly going down! <grr>

    Norwich a long trek.

About 250 miles from Sunderland to Norwich. If you plan on coming back, it's about 500.

    Good place for a gargle.
Fat car bar, (West End street) best pub in England imo + some good pubs, inc Wetherspoons, on the riverside.
