Looks a really decent card at Navan today.I'm especially looking forward to seeing Andy Dufresne for young Joseph as this lad could be top drawer. Also looking forward to forum puns if this lad wins(AD left them like he wasnt even there and gets the punters out of jail in the maidan hurdle)

He might be a banker, but he's still going down.

He's gained a lot of interest over the past year, definitely one to take note of.

One I do like the look of runs in the opener at Navan in the shape of Bay Ambition @ 9/2 - Gavin Cromwell is a shrewd operator, has his yard in a decent stretch of form these past months and this one's defeat of Multifactorial last time out and his defeat in behind Well Set Up (winner again since) will prove to be good form in time. That would set him in around a mark of the mid 130's and I don't think anything is in good enough form or has the scope to match that so a reproduction of his 2 recent runs should see him take this.

    Good luck all <ok>

Nice to see you back on here STH. Ffos Las 2.00 Secret Reprieve 4/1. The outsider of the 3 that line up. Ran well enough here lto over 2.5 miles travelled nicely and jumped well. I'm convinced the step up to 3 miles tomorrow is exactly what he needs. Good luck all.

Hello sir, don’t know much about ratings or marks but I do know the owners of this horse and they tell me it’s being aimed at winning a race in Limerick over the Christmas. Not putting anyone off backing it today and wouldn’t be surprised if it won. Good luck one and all

There is a Grade 2 novice hurdle run over 3 miles there at that time of year, I would be hoping it's that race they have in mind for him, unless they want to try land a bit of a touch in one of the handicaps at an intermediate trip, the money that came for the horse overnight suggests he will be out to win today so here's hoping.

    Thanks for sharing <ok>

hi fellas! been off for a while, due to technical problems, but back in business from today on.so,here we go:

    navan,12 35:

abacadabras and latest exhibition are very much respected,potential-wise,but i think, FAST BUCK can put his hurdling experience to good use here.was by no means disgraced in second last time,as the winner is probably useful, and can go one better today.

quite open, this.i know, its a bit of a shot in the dark, but LITTLE LIGHT might go well here.she might have to improve a notch or two,but thats not impossible, and her last run in ireland wasnt too bad, where she was second to a fast improver in visioman.starts out on a fair mark for her new yard,so a good show wouldnt surprise at all..

SECRET REPRIEVE probably has a few pounds to find with the other two here, but he ran better than his finishing position suggests last time out, which was quite a useful contest.stable is also in reasonable form now,so he should have a future over fences..

just a quick look to the fortria chase at navan in a few minutes:

duc de genievres and a plus tard are top notchers in their own right, and are very much respected today, but i do like BALLYOISHIN a lot, and, back over fences now, rates a potent threaton his best form,he is right up with any of these.
