To be fair our board is split.

I think a fair amount of the opinions are based on sentiment. Those who still back Poch tend to do so because of what he's done, not for what they feel he can do/ is doing. He's done a great job but as with a lot of managers things go stale at a club, doesn't make them bad, just means their time at that particular club should be done. I have massive respect for Poch but I definitely feel we need a new gaffer to install some fresh ideas.
