Thought we looked good in places, Phillips was immense, very dangerous balls in from the corners, he broke up several attacks, nullified Dack, even the biased Blackburn commentary team agreed he was probably the best midfielder in the division.

Cooper is a worry, he was rubbing his hamstring, he knew straight away he was unable to continue and was shaking his head. We won so I can’t complain too much but I do wonder why Bielsa insists on leaving the likes of Pablo out of the starting 11

They also thought Harrison had a good game. I thought everyone done well, we just didn't seem to click and go up a gear. Weird match. Don't like Dack very much.

 

If anyone doesn't recognise the quality of that Phillips performance today, then they either know nothing about football or are totally blinkered.

 

Is there an option for a person to be both, just asking for a friend?

 

I'd like us to sign Dack. He looks a very good player at this level. He could easily play lower end Premier league level.

 

Thought we were OK, just wish Harrison would actually get his head up and look for a pass rather blindly thrashing the bloody thing. He gets in decent positions only to balls up. Took the goal well then blazed over with an easier one muppet.

 

I think someone already has the monopoly on both.

 

Thing is, he is involved in the game twice as much as Costa is but Costa does nothing yet it’s Harrison who is often under the microscope?

Not having a go at you or anyone in particular but Harrison is like Phillips was and also Chris Wood, some players faces just don’t fit and Leeds fans are always looking for the worst player on the pitch rather than who was the best.

Several comments on here and social media picking up on Harrison but can anyone point out to me what £15m rated Costa did?

By the way, Phillips wasn't that good, neither was Bamford, Harrison or Roberts.

 

I've said it a million times, I like Harrison, he over plays it at times, but he works his tits off and he has scored in the last couple of games. FFS what more does he need to do. As for blazing shots over the bar, better have a chat with Dallas, Alioski, Roberts etc etc etc

I agree on the Costa thing. Thought his first few appearances from the bench for us showed some great promise. He’s turned out to be a huge disappointment in recent games however. Had great hopes for him. Still have but needs to start showing something shortly

 

Of course he could, but at least he's scoring a few goals. Remember he is a loanee, unlike a lot of ex loanees he actually tries.
