Chris is using an irrelevant fact here to continue his personal attack against SD/CM. He's saying no new shares had been sold to Madrox prior to the £9m last week. Insinuating that SD/CM have not put any money into the club, contrary to what CM said last week. However, they could have put money into the club by repaying some/all of the loan that owe/owed to the club. Or they could have put money into Madrox prior to FPP putting their money in.

He's also said something today which he quickly had to delete because it sounded from the replies like he went too far!

Why are you continually finding the slightest thing and twisting it to have a go at SD/CM @Chris Weatherspoon? Did you or your mates get snubbed by ES/SD/CM or something? It's not helping anyone, not even yourself unless you want a bad reputation. Wait until the facts come out and stop speculating.

It's absolutely crackers, topped only by the fact that there's a poster with identical beliefs but absolutely definitely not him.

And felt the need to come out and clear things, incase anything can be used as libel in court...

A quick check and it would be easy to see if they were the same or different users. So no need to come out and say it really. It can be easily checked by the investigating organisations quickly and cheaply if called upon.Fishy...

Right lads . . . . Kitty is 'having a rest' from this thread, meaning that he's got no 'right of reply' at the moment to what is being said referencing him, so it's only fair that we don't talk about him the way that some are :emoticon-0105-wink:

He could derail other threads to reply and make any pertinent points, but he isn't doing so :emoticon-0145-shake

I always find it strange how people expect to be very negative constantly about the very thing the forum is about...what do they expect?

I'm pretty sure there is a thread for finance that is probably the best place to discuss those sort of things.

Ps, is there an app to translate accounts speak to very basic English

I've every respect for Grumpy, Heaton, etc.

But their most well thought out conclusion might be totally incorrect and they'd happily admit that.

The Dell boys have accountants & & solicitors who are at the very top of their game.

I believe they've negotiated a takeover and all the speculative spread sheets in the world won't change my views.

There's a fanatical campaign to try to convince people that 4 billionaires have flown back and forth from the States, registered a UK company, done due diligence, spend a million on solicitors, etc just to lend Donald some money.

FFS man, its absolutely beyond stupidity <laugh>

As I posted the other night, I still believe the Americans will be our owners by 2022 at the latest.

As you say there is no way these lads have gone through all this just to loan 9million quid to us

Madrox has got its filings up to date but nothing has actually changed with that company (yet), which still suggests a loan, I expect a loan that will be converted into shares.

SAFC have reduced their new share capital of £10m back down to £1m. All this does is increase the profit reserves again.

or after flying back and forth doing DD, spending on solicitors , registering a UK company they've decided not to take us over as there's summit they don't like and said 'there's 10 million to tide you's over and we'll have another look in a year or so'

To be honest mate, these people aren't looking for ways to fill in their time.

There are a billion projects out there to be involved with.

If there was 'summit they don't like' they'd have walked like they did at Newcastle.

£10 million is a huge amount of money and millionaires are the tightest people on earth.

That bloke posts mistruths and goads SD that often it wouldn't surprise me at all if he were a mag.

He has an agenda which clearly isn't "I want SAFC to be successful under the current owners".
