The team still looks unbalanced and PP will have to up his game on this showing, no one connected to the playing side of the club should think that Leady and McGeouch can play together, its a recipe for failure in a vital area, hopefully he will have seen a few more miss matches up front that were on show tonight, and should not be seen again, thankfully this was not a league game so are still in contention. We do need a new right back, a big strong defensive midfielder and a new striker if not more

 

Do you have any confidence that we would buy well if we bought players for such positions? We have all seen how hapless we are in the transfer market.

 

I think Willis, Burge, Lynch and Dobson are sound additions and McNulty a good loanee, thats not a bad showing, the two full backs on the other hand have looked poor so far and we better.

 

We've bought some decent players as well tbf.

I like O'Nien as an example.

 

This is down to PP and he should know what he needs by Xmas, all is not lost by any means.

Serene man, we will be sound. We are ****, but the whole league is. We are at least having a few shots under the new gaffer and we are the only team in the top half that hasn’t had a run yet. When we do we will be balls deep in the mix.
