If read somewhere, not that I believed it, but the argument was results v player development. NR was more interested in developing players than getting results. Pinch of salt I know, but if this is the case then the wrong one has left
I don't quite understand how the two aren't linked? Genuinely, perhaps some coaches out there can explain the diff. Regardless, it still just looks messy from the club, as per.
why would he leave because he had an arguement with a person under himself surely you get rid of the smaller guy unless you have a better job offer in the pipeline Stoke City still looking for a new boss - only saying
The FA are big on this at youth and grassroots level where the results are the last thing you look at, for example my girls this week lost 4-0 but they completed all of the tasks set them such as dribble past an opponent, play a 1-2 etc so we were happy with the performance and didn't worry that we lost 4-0 but for a professional youth set up the results have to figure in your thinking as you want to breed a culture of winning.
I remeber Walsend Boys Club was 'Win at any cost' then look at the amount of proffessionals coming from there don't know if that still applies
CORRECT! Massive culture swing in the past decade - before the last 10 years though, you're spot on, it was win at any costs, the bigger the player the better they were, get the ball forwards ASAP. Now we are coaching retaining possession, dribbling, control technique etc and like I say advised not to pay attention to results in the slightest - personally I'm of the opinion we need to find a mid ground as while it needs to be inclusive and enjoyable for all, I don't enjoy football if my team doesn't win and it ruins my mood for the week - so I'm generally an upset **** most weeks supporting Newcastle.
I'm not trolling or obsessing I'm telling you I know something will happen soon mate. what's wrong with a little light hearted banter ? I take my far share of abuse on here just because I'm not a serious person... lifes too short to be serious imo
It's written in the Labour Manifesto "lads give us a vote an' ill sort the newcastle takeover out, then ill fix all the ****in' trains, then poor people will vanish, then ill lynch ashley, then ill make keegan manager forever, then ill bring rafa home, come on please vote for me im gettin sacked"
My comment was also light hearted banter! Anyway, come on, then - cock on the block, what's going to happen? Give us some juice, as I can be ITK on Twitter (I'll put you as "anonymous source"). Edit: I **** you not, the claims are that Mark Zuckerberg is buying the club. FFS.
