I'm not an expert but I can't see them telling anyone what return they are getting for investing.
I also wouldn't expect them to publicise the exact terms of the investment.

If they do cough up the exact details, can RR ask for their bank details, mothers maiden name and name of their first pet please?

 

Agree, considering that the investment at this moment in time is in Madrox, it's no one's friggin business.

 

They don't have to tell us anything, but at the moment you can't deny based on the random theories on here and elsewhere that it's not exactly clear what they're getting back. I am not expecting a cap table, just any indication what their skin in the game is.

I mean it's not a gift, put it that way.

 

From my point of view CM has told us what the money's going to be utilised for. He's also stated that SD, Juan and himself have put additional funds into the club.

I'm not sure what you are hoping for, a detailed breakdown of where it will be spent? Full details of the investment?

Both those things will be fairly confidential i would think. I also don't think anyone will be told in case the budgets/priorities change as i can only imagine the meltdown from some of our fans if they did.

 

I've literally answered what I'm hoping for and it's not the things you're saying. If people would stop trying to put words into my mouth for 6 seconds and actually read what I've put in actual written format, they'd see it's probably not that different to what a lot of people have said.

What i'm trying to say is that i don't think we'll ever find out for a number of reasons. We don't have a god given right to know as we are not shareholders and should consider ourselves fortunate that the owners have shared anything with us in the past.

...its not being defensive ozzy, it's answering a question you asked it feels like literally anything I say, people do jump on though, so I'm sure you can appreciate that I'm a bit tired of having my right to ask questions in a free country questioned by others. Fair play if that wasn't your intention, but why don't people let me ask the question (or as was the intention, for the question to be asked at some point by someone to the owners) and let them decide if they want to respond?

 

These are good questions and would put some minds at ease about whether this is a potentially short term loan with no involvement or long term convertible debt with some involvement. Hopefully the latter.

 

They are hm, and I agree it would be nice to ask them and have an honest answer. Trouble for me is km, or jvokes or Chris or whatever other name he calls himself tomorrow, (tad worrying this bit mind), could ask them himself, he’s part of rr. Therefore my question is why put them constantly on here? It’s only one of two reasons, to try to stir up trouble for the owners, and given his other posts that’s v v likely, or simple attention seeking, and given his other posts that’s v v likely. Paul Reid played for Carlisle and Rangers and knows Donald through also playing for Eastleigh. A jobs for the boys appointment.

 

How about "Robbie Stockdale is available again. Given the good job he did with the academy, are there any plans to bring him back?"

 

CM did say they have all invested more money themselves just before the Americans investment came in. I'd pretty much guess that's what the new lads would have asked them to do, and would be interesting to know how much. We won't find out, as it's confidential, and should be really.

 

Only just seen this post. Pretty much what i have just posted myself, and how i see it.
