we haven’t been that bad to be fair. Wasteful up top and a bit sloppy at the back. Lallana offers zero protection and Henderson is hopeless going forward. The only reason people defend the likes of Hendo and Gini is because of the stability and protection they provide - they have provided **** all this season. goals will come - just need to be patient. Salah and mane need to be sharper
And I’m all for using var For black and white decisions like offside but they somehow manage to **** this up. I can’t see how Firmino is offside. I reckon if the Lino doesn’t flag it, that would remain a goal
Looking at it again, I can’t see how it’s offside?? If they can even **** up these sorts of decisions, then there is zero hope for VAR.
once you decide to use it for offside you have to use a system which will prove it as a matter of fact if it was on or off .The fact that the margin of error for goal line technology ,which is far easier to monitor , is 8mm shows it is not possible . Before anu outsiders try to make a lot of this post due to today i've been making this point since prior to the season starting .
