Oh do I remember this limited development on Power Units a number of years ago that stopped Renault, ferrari then Honda having any chance of catching Merc PU? Haven't the top 3 teams got closer since the development tolkien's system was removed? I think it's a weekend limit thing, what you start fp1 with is what you run for the weekend. So no development front wings etc
The cars do look cool but you know... the cars will not look like that as the teams find exploits Also the cars are thought to be 2.5 seconds slower. Maybe that's what Williams have been perfecting this whole time
